Manage and develop urban/rural housing projects and assist in volunteer build programs in Shanghai and East China； 2. Full-time, salaried position with standard HFH China benefits. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience； 工作职责1. 为城市及农村地区贫困家庭开展、实施、监控住房项目2. 入户调查、收集家庭资料、选择合作家庭3. 制定项目预算4. 负责完成项目初步设计、建议书、进展报告、及项目结束后的评估等5. 监控项目实施过程包括：协助受援助家庭进行房屋设计/房屋造价预算、购料选择、协调施工队、监控工程进度和质量6. 协助带领参与建房活动的志愿者团队（介绍项目情况，分配任务及监督志愿者活动）7. 与当地政府及相关合作伙伴沟通，协调管理当地的项目 Responsibilities1. Explore, plan-, implement, and monitor urban/rural housing projects for low income families；2. Interview and collect data on urban/rural families, and assist in the family selection process；3. Assist in - planning and budgeting of projects；4. Prepare project concept notes, proposals, reporting process and evaluation reports after projects completion；5. Supervise the construction including: assisting in house design/budget, purchasing materials, coordinating with skilled labor teams, and monitoring the construction process and quality control；6. Provide leadership to groups of volunteers who will be participating in volunteer house building activities (introduce projects and village to volunteers, separate volunteers into teams, and supervise volunteer work)；7. Enthusiastic, sincere to demonstrate an excellent team work attitude as well as the desire to grow and develop with our organization； 2. Two or more years of working experience, preferably with the non-profit sector or some technical understanding and experience of basic construction and house building techniques；3. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese;4. Strong abilities of communication, public presentation and organizational skills；5. Able to effectively communicate with local government departments and villagers/farmers；6. Must be willing to travel extensively in the rural areas and around Shanghai including frequent overnight stays and weekends work；7. University/College Degree；8.
